Overall rating of this office:I called the social security office in grand island, NE 3 times on 1/3/21. I was hung up on all three times and told once I was the problem behind ss not receiving my papers when in fact I had sent them registered so I could ensure they were delivered because I’ve had this problem numerous times with ss “not” receiving my paper work. The lady on the phone the first time was extremely rude and very unprofessional and unfriendly. She answered the second two times I called and hung up on me right away when my call went through. I’m extremely disappointed in the service I’ve received today and think somebody should be held accountable treating somebody with disabilities this way. Very, very unprofessional. Please do something to keep this rude lady away from the phone and from customers calling. She doesn’t deserve to have a job with the public.
