I applied for my 16 year old grandsons social security card in March with SS card package. I forgot to sent guardianship papers resent all documents to your office and have not received ss card or documents back could you help me recover my documents?
I waited and waited for someone to answer my call and when they did they just hung-up on me. I tried to call again and the prompts did not work and then finally the prompts worked and I had to wait all over again. I finally got someone (Sarah) and they hung up on me again with just saying hello.
I have not received a follow up to a child support enforcement issue regarding 7 income withholdings that have not been responded to. I spoke w/Laura in Omaha who is to be working with her Supervisor, Jeff on 6/14/2016. I am awaiting a return call to 402-633-4160 in Omaha, NE. Thank you.

Long wait for phone call just to be disconnected. I waited for 15 minutes and was disconnected. This has happened 3 times in a row.
I requested a name change and when they sent the paperwork back, the office misspelled my name. I sent an email as instructed by Laura in your field office to correct the spelling. I still haven't received my new card. It has been over 3 weeks.
