they allow someone to claim me as the father of their kid the state made them do a DNA test in Nov. 2012 when he was born then filed me as the father in Nov. 2016, I was never with the woman they have collected more than $60,000 before I found out and reported them to SS They still haven't done anything while the couple bought three brand new cars
