Why no one answer phone in Iselin,NJ office, I have request to speak in Polish language and I am ignore by the office people. I was asked to call to change the apt, I was given the extension but no one called me back. I am totally ignored by the office clerk?????

I recently called the social security main 800 number to set up an appointment, for my sister, with a representative. I waited about 15 minutes, before someone answered. I asked to provide name, and address. I gave the person the required information. The representative kept on insisting in providing her with the correct mailing address. I told her that the address that I provided, was indeed the mailing address. She kept saying that the was not the right address. My sister has been living at this address for the past 30 years. Because of this, she did not give an appointment. What a disagree dealing with social security personnel. I think they need to go back to basic training.
