My wife and I arrived at this office today to get replacement social security cards. I was in a bad mood and complaining loudly on the elevator about what a terrible experience I expected to have. A nice younger gentleman on the elevator directed us to the office. We waited maybe ten minutes and were taken back to speak to a representative - who turned out to be the individual we had met on the elevator. He was courteous. He was thorough. He was prompt. We were in and out in under fifteen minutes. Best experience I have ever had in a government office.
