Old people are NOT able to handle the online business! THEY NEED SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE TELEPHONE !
TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE GETTING PAID IN SSI OFFICE AND NOBODY IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. YOU ARE MAKING PEOPLE MISERABLE UNDER PRETENSE OF COVID MEASUREMENT. WE WILL HAVE TO FILE A COMPLAIN WITH DC DISTRICT ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
