I need to know whom to contact to file a complaint against Donna Ireland of 109 Stagg Street in Burlington, NC. At the present time she is the payee for Oshell Rogers Warren of the same address.It has been brought to my attention (I am the older sister living in Baltimore, Md) Ms. Ireland is not doing what is in the best interest for Oshell. Giving her back $100 a month to take care of her needs such as toiletries, clothes, cigarettes, washing her clothes is unacceptable. I would like to know what are the proper channels for addressing this situation. Oshell Rogers Warren should be in an assistant living facility.
