Since COVID & staff "working" from home, things have continually been a mess! If I didn't need the $ & Medicaid, I'd tell them to shove it. I sent in 4 different documents by certified mail, rec'd the signed green card & was told they didn't receive them. I absolutely hate dealing with this office. There needs to be a serious investigation of their performance or lack of.
