You were suppose to be sending me paperwork to be filled out. I've been waiting for going on 3 weeks. I've called 3 times and still havent received nothing. I've already been waiting like 8 months for my check. So why am I getting a run around?

My wife, Jackie Goss are due refunds for Medicare Part-B because we qualified for extra help ! The effective date was 12-12-2017 . Do we still have to pay our premiums until we receive our refunds ?
