Ms. Hernandez at Moore location was rude to me and wouldn't let me speak with her supervisor when I asked. Their office did not receive my Recontact Report but did receive the one for my son. We had moved and I failed to update my address with them so that was my fault. But I did update my address over the phone last week and the clerk that checked me in today in Moore verified my new address but didn't verify my son's even though I had just told him I receive SS for the both of us. When I saw Ms. Hernandez she corrected my son's address so she knew of our move. She told me I would have to wait maybe up to a month or 2 to receive the Recontact Form since she couldn't find one on me in their system which means I have to wait at least that long to receive $$ due to me. I asked her if there was anything else I could do and she stated "you could maybe check your mail." Upon hearing this from her, I became worried that she would not handle my case in the best way and I asked to speak to her supervisor. She then stated "to do what?" She would not let me speak with anyone else. Very frustrating that my husband worked hard and served his country... this is money he worked for. I'm not asking for a handout. If she was this way with me, who else has she given poor customer service to? Very disappointed in my experience there today!

Horrible..Have never met more unprofessional reps as there are in the Moore office. And if you complain about 1 you are blacklisted in this office. And there is no one to go to and they know it..You are at their mercy..but behavior in that office isn't only delegated to 1..it is many.
My case is 1 year and 5 months.I have filed 2 appeals. When I initially filed my claim my worker laughed at me, then told me I can appeal when she makes her decision..She made her mind up and has remained rude.hateful and intolerable to deal with..
But obviously Social Security doesn't care how we are treated..

The Security Guard made me and my two children (ages 2 and 3 years old) stand in the entry way (where it was cold) because my 2 year old threw a small tantrum. When I asked where another office was at he told me I was being disrespectful and to go to the entry like he said. I could not hear when my number was called, he could not of cared less if I knew when my number was called. another person from the lobby told me my number had been called. Then when I asked which window I was called to he responded by saying "if you were in the lobby and listening like your suppose to be you would already know." This was the most unprofessional experience I have EVER had in my entire life! Just to have two children stand in the little entry breeze way when it is 32 degrees outside and the outside door was open the whole time is no way an acceptable manor to handle any situation much less with a 2 and 3 year old for something other children were also doing in the lobby at the same time! From what I have found through their website this was discrimination and I will be following up to ensure this doesn't ever happen to another person or child!

Why do they close their office at 3:00. Most everyone does not get off work till 4 or 5pm.
