I received a call this AM from "Hannah" telling me you may be closed by 2:45 when my husband has an appt. I asked if I could just reschedule. To which she said "NO I could not reschedule as she could not identify me as George's wife. I was not on the application...there is no application. And I think her attitude was uncalled for.
