I rcvd a letter on the 15th of this month that was dated 9/11/17, and post marked on 10/17/17. It has to do with I owe you money? I have been trying to get this situation taken care of for 2 yrs. MHA sent money back to you in 2015, and it never got put back in my check. I came there because I was given this same letter, and I was told that you owe me $350, and it would go on my next check. That never happened. So here we are again. In May of this year I came up again and talked to Rick. He said I owed nothing and you owed me nothing. Where was this so called over paymt made in my check? because I never saw it. Pls get back to me, and do not take anything out of my check till I can talk to you about this. My ss # 181488723. This is considered my disagreement. I never got the money that MHA sent back to you. Lets please figure this out.

I am aware of the SSA being near Sam's Club on Industrial Hwy. I pass it when I go Sam's and have also taken my brother there.
