Overall rating of this office:Why are they closed at 11:13 AM on a Wednesday? I am not able to connect online, I get the message that the site refused connection..
I called this number and it had been disconnected. I then called the 800 number and waited upward of 30 minutes for someone to answer. The person who answered was !!!!very professional, kind and apologetic; one could tell that she was racing to answer all of the incoming calls. When asking to speak with someone to apply for Medicare !, I was told that I could not even get an appointment, for the calendar was booked. I can't wait until Donald Trump becomes President Trump. He will surely know how to run Social Security in a more timely manner!!!!
I called the number listed above, 605-330-4334. It has been disconnected. I called the number 800-772-1213 and I was told to call back because all agents were busy. I find it very difficult to ever contact any local social security agent to obtain answers to questions.
I am 62 and want to retire. How do I start that process? Thank you for your time. L.c.johnson
