I have been told how horrible my experience was going to be, and to be prepared to spend the entire day when I was to sign up for Medicare. I was so pleasantly surprised and wanted to to know it was a pleasure. Kim Hunt in the Memphis office was gracious, and understanding. She provided us with excellent customer service. We were out of there in 30 minutes total. Incidentally, my hearing aids had just broken and was having problems hearing. Once I let her know this she was right on it and made sure I totally understood everything. It was a pleasant experience and I will make sure that I only say nice things to people about this in the future. Thank you for hiring such a nice young lady. Please tell her boss this for me.
I was trying to change my mother direct deposit account number on line which the ad say I could but that did not happen. Someone had been taking money out of her account so that why we went to the bank to get a new account for her husband social security check that goes to the bank. Please make this a little more easy when a person cannot get around well. Thank You
