Overall rating of this office:most people don't see me as irate. are lawyers the way to getting someone to explaine what when where how .common American questions there. I shouldn't be made to feelthat way.
calling every SS office number in Memphis and Nashville and NONE are correct numbers or working numbers. My fathers ss checks have stopped causing his home care checks to bounce. We are trying to find out WHY and there is NO One to answer a GOVERMENT PHONE.

Rudest person ever on the phone when I made my first call to Nashville SS office. Called at ~12:30 pm on 6-27. NOT helpful and hung up on me. Gave me information that contradicted the website and asked confusing questions. Please report this to the Quality officer or customer relations person. I will ALWAYS ask the name of the person I speak to in the future.
