I have been working 20 minutes trying to get in touch with the Tyler office. I want to make an appointment to TALK TO A REAL PERSON!! I have questions I would like to get answers to. I do not want to talk to someone on the phone, get on the write a letter or do it on a computer. Also it would be nice if you had some NICE people to talk to...the ladies down front are as far as we can get and some ...not all don't know beans. I was in that office a few months back to try to talk to someone. I was told very nastily that i couldn't go in there. When i said "if you say so" and was told to go back to the seats and start over because she would not have anything to do with me. GOVERNMENT STINKS!!!

I was on hold to talk to a Soc. Sec. representative for 17 minutes, then was told by a recording that I needed to call again later! IS that the kind of service my taxes are paying for?!!! I worked for the State of Texas for 30+ years and NEVER gave the public such SORRY SERVICE!

WE ar enot able to reach your office via any phone number we are given. This is very discouraging.
I am not able to make our appointment today , Christus scheduling has put me on their MD schedule fro today.

I have been on ''hold'' for 1hour and 38 minutes waiting to talk to a human being!!! just to ask a question . I need help can't sit and hold the phone that long the recording said it would be a hour and 58 min.wait please help !!!!
