is why after 50 calls I can not get a person on the phone
RETURNING CALL FROM SSA REGARDING MY MEDICARE ACCOUNT AND THE STATUS OF THE THREE CHECKS I DROPPED OFF THE FREDERICKSBURG OFFICE ALABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO.
During the past year I had the privilege of working with the Fredericksburg Office personnel. As a former HR Director, I can say their supervisors should be proud of their customer service. Since I retired, I have become "technically challenged" . The staff in Fredricksburg had the patience of a saint as they walked me through the process. They took their time to ensure I understood everything. I wish other Federal Agency staffs were as diligent and as helpful as the SSA professionals in Fredericksburg.
My wife, Claudette Martin-Cupid passed away on October 20th, 2020.
Am I as the next of kin entitled to benefits and if so what quantum?

Local office keeps hanging up me. sometimes immediately other times after 20 minutes.
