Waiting time to see a staffer was reasonable. Security guard was considerate and helpful.
Staff was pleasant, responsive, and provided the "book responses" in a timely manner. No attempt was made to offer guidance for possible appeal. No guidance was provided only direct responses to questions that were routine in nature. Case was complex and information return was of limited use. Staff did not request additional information that was pertinent to inquiry. Still much better than trying to deal via phone or online. System needs a thorough review by a disinterested third party.
