I cannot get into my ONLINE account. It locks me out continually for 24 hour periods. I cannot get help by phone. I need a 1099 for tax purposes but cannot get through to anyone.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had a place. Went to get help applying for disability for my son. When I walked up to the window the lady already had an attitude I gave her my information until ride started did you get somewhere and needed help finishing it or figure out what I needed to do. She informed me that she could help me get nobody help me that she didn’t even know what I was talking about. So I asked to speak to a supervisor she refused to let me speak to her supervisor so I asked for her name she would not give me her name then she called security tell me escorted from the building. All because I wanted some information. Thank God I called the Richmond office and a very nice lady on the phone was more than happy to help. But the woman right now Travis should never be allowed to work with the public She was rude nasty and disrespectful and if this is the kind of employees that the Roanoke office hires they need new staff.

My son is (was) on SSI, but several months ago had his payment stopped for having more than $2000 in assets. Since the stop payment, he has reduced his assets to comply. We have spoken to several people and were notified that Mrs. Hall would contact us shortly for further information. That was several weeks ago. We were also told that we didn't need to appeal, that it was more or less a "clerical thing". Nobody will give us a straight answer. I hate to involve an attorney, but we may have to.
