I was in the office this am 3/22/19 and observed a client being treated poorly by the officer(?) at the greeters desk. She asked a question and he replied to read the sign. She told him 4 (four) times that she was a non-reader before he went to the board to show her what to do. There were many people there and the lady was still in tears when I finished my business. Hopefully something can be done so everyone is treated with the same courteous manner. Thanks
