Social Security Office Locations

I have had many good experiences at this location for in person support. But today I called, Dianna (sp) helped me and it started off great. I informed her that I am attempting to register for disability and need support. After verifing who I am she confered with staff and said that someone would call me within three days. She said be ready to answer that phone call. I told her that the home office said three days for Silverdale to call me. She said that they were very busy and three more days.
I informed here that I have doctor (oncology) appointments scheduled and might miss the phone call and I ask her if she could leave a message in my electronic file so that when the representative did call me and I didn't answer i could call them back with a direct line. She attitude got very negative and voice louder. Said she could not guarantee anything. I never requested a guarantee just help. Raising your voice and over talking me the customer is not how I want to be treated. I am terminal cancer patient and just wanted some help. Management please review the phone call if you record them and provide feedback to this employee. No one should be treated like this!

I have never walked out of an establishment that I needed to take care of important business until today when i walked in and out of the Silverdale, WA office. Immediately upon walking through the door the female, Asian security guard screamed across a full lobby 'you need to take that to yr car!' I was baffled,but then she continued to shout 'no food or drink in here, you need to take that to your car!' I was so taken aback that I stepped outside and set my drink down and returned back inside to see if there was any alternative other then sitting in the waiting room with a room full of people that just seen me get scolded like a 2 year old. I was looking through the literature on the wall when once again. From across the room 'ma'am you need to come get a number!' I informed her I'm not staying in there, grabbed a card with the online information and left. I will never go back into that office again if I need anything I will drive the extra distance to the Tacoma, WA one. I went back inside to get her name or badge number and she got very defensive and wanted to argue with me and refused to give me any of her information, her exact words were 'and what if I don't wanna give you my information' as she waved a comment card in front of me. When I tried to take the card from her she stormed off into a back room
