Social Security Office Locations

i HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY MEDICAL RECORDS SUBMITTED BY MY LAWYER TO THE SSA WENETCHEE FOR OVER ONE YEAR NOW. TH
EY CHARGED ME FOR THE RECORDS 10 MON THS AGO--KEPT THE MONEY BUT DID NOT SEND THE RECORDS. NOW THEY NEVER ANSWER MY CALLS--I'M LIKE SCREENED-OUT. tHESE RECDORDS PROVE A FRAUD OPCCURRED IN MY CASE BY THE MEDICAL PROFESSION ALS, MY LAWYER AND MY l&i CASE MANAGER.

Tried to chat with an expert Online Now about federal withholding. I had to pay $1 to get the answer. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I just waited 3 times for 20 minutes each on hold then someone comes on the phone and says all assistants are busy please try your call again later and hangs up. I currently am on the 4th call and have waited almost 20 minutes again. I was on hold a total of hour and 20 minut4es! I got a message that they will try again to connect me with a rep.- it rings 6 times and says all the rep's are busy please try your call again later - go on line or try the toll free number and then it hangs up! I think it would be nice if you could get more people to answer the phone and answer questions.
I need to know how to fill out a form where they ask for a claim or ID number and how to submit the form. Do you mail it/ Fax it? bring it in to a SS office?
Answers would be really helpful!

I was unable to find anything useful. I was told by the California office to call and make an appointment. But There is no number. I guess I will have to drive there and see if I can find someone

NOt having a local number is unacceptable while office is closed. Everyone else is back at work except for teachers and government workers. I called the national number previously, was told that I had to have an appointment over the phone BUT they had to call ME! I waited by my phone for over an hour on my appointment day (that was months out) and no one called. I called the number on my confirmation letter and was told it was a four hour wait! Open your doors and get a local number back online. I give Social Security a minus zero rating.

I would give NO STARS if I could. Waited forever, no answer, listened to stupid tape over & over. All I need is an address change for my mother so I can do her taxes!

It has become impossible to contact your Wenatchee office as the phone service has been disconnected. Calling the national number and being told I must wait over an hour (keeping my phone out of service) just to speak to a person who is not in that office and cannot provide the needed help is a problem.

Please have a person from that office (if it even exists) telephone me. 509-764-4411

I would consider walking over to that office and knocking on the door, but it is a 120 mile round trip from where I live! Has that become the only way a person can get help?

i JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM 909-308-1656 STATING TYHEY WERE CALLING FROM SOCIAL SECURITY AND WANTED INFORMATION AND IF I DID NOT GIVE IT THEY ARE CONTACTING THE LOCAL POLICE. JUST WANT TO REPORT THIS NUMBER

One hour wait time to talk to someone is ridiculous!
