On 12/1/2020 I had a phone conversation with an agent by the name of Kyle. When it came up about me going online and printing out the forms, I told him I was unable to print he made me feel like there was something wrong with me or I was worthless because I was not able to print from the website. When I asked if he could send the form via US Mail he seemed like he didn't want to do it, like it was too much work. He asked if I could it it was work. I told him I worked in a factory, it was not possible. I gave in and thought I would figure out a way to get the forms printed on my own. Much to his dismay, he couldn't get my email address to go through and had to print them and send them after all. I've called the Oshkosh before and have had a very pleasant experience. But this guy Kyle. He should NOT be working in a job like this. He does not know who to deal with people. One thing he is good at: making people feel he is belittling them. My one star rating is only because of my experience with Kyle.
