Overall rating of this office:It is 10:00 in the morning and I am now in my 4th phone call to the Portage office, "please continue to hold for the next representative" is what I am getting, so far I have been placed on hold for a total of 25 minutes and then been disconnected with more to come! no excuse for this especially since SS deals with seniors !! Most seniors (like myself) cannot afford the gas it takes to go to the office !! Damn shame !!
Called to schedule appt. Callback arrived on time but machine on your end not working. Second callback 10 min later still not working. Instructed me to call again. Placed call 45 minutes before office called. Still holding at 4:10 but no one from office answered to see what needed or tell me office closed. All I needed was to set up appointment. Very unprofessional. Hope all Seniors treated this way

all in office should be fired for not doing their job , constantly lying not taking care of anything what we ask them to fix or change . Never ending story . The worst office i ever deal with in my life .
