Overall rating of this office:twice I have tried to contact you. The first I was on hold for almost an hour and the call ended on your end! today I went through the same thing! I tried to use the online service and that was a waste of almost 2 hours of my time again! There must be a better way to do this! This is very stressful! To top it all I sent in the application with a payment and haven't heard anything from you. When will the Superior WI office be open for business?? This is ridiculous!!

I've had nothing but good experiences with the Superior office ,every one has been extremely helpful (and patient) as I try to navigate my way in the system.
