Status of claim for benefits. Gloria Jean Mogg 574-14-3259 requesting widow's benefits from James Edward Beaton 542-38-9146. Applied for on May 8, 2017. Did not receive a case number nor have I heard from Social Security in regard to this request. I have called (800) 478-0391 for status of claim at least 8 times and spoke with different personnel across the US. All response was the request is in their computer but no action showed on request. Ms. C. Jumper is case manager. Thank you for any assistance you can give me....Gloria Jean Mogg
