Overall rating of this office:I waited at this social security office for five hours today, and my number was never called. I asked the security guard about the wait, and he said it was normal and people waited all day. I finally went up to a window and told the representative I had been waiting for five hours, and she assisted me. I am certain my number was never called. I believe someone called a number almost the same as mine and got the digits mixed up. I am furious. My whole day was wasted. This is deplorable, and I do not recommend this office to anyone.

am unable to get an appointment, you don't show the local number to call direct waited 4 hrs for a call back froM 800 number and woman rude NEED TO KNOW IF WEST LOS ANGEES OPEN MON APRIL 1 C CHAVEZ DAY.. CANT ANYONE HELP???????
