After call for 1 hour and 30 min. someone answered the phone and immediately hung up. Called back and the same thing happened. I'm contacting the IGs office to have this investigated. I know employees are working from home and it appears they are not being monitored since they freely hang up the phone to avoid actually helping someone. This is truly disappointing that we can't even count on Federal agencies to help people who must interact with them to obtain their benefits.
