Dealing with the SSA at the Needles office has been very frustrating. 4 months ago I spent an entire day getting ahold of someone for an appointment at the Needles office. I finally did and 3 days later met with someone. I have not heard from anyone since. I have had a major change in my application. (I was recently divorced and no longer have any income). I contacted the SSA 5 times 1/18/22. I was cut off 4 times before I was actually transfered to someone. The 2 times I reached someone the call was dropped within 30 seconds the first time and the second time I spoke to someone for about 3-5 minutes answered a number of questions, was asked to hold. After 15 plus minutes the call was disconnected. The next day I called back and received a recording that if I left my information someone would call me within 24 hours. I have never heard from anyone. Today I went online to send an email that it will not let me send because it wont let me complete the form without choosinf a drop down box that it will not me allow to open. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! I will again list my contact information here. Greg Alexander 702 427-7775 [email protected]

no one answers the phone. Suggest a automated way to make appointments, not just online, but on phone automation to av avoid not getting a person on phone to make an appt. especially due to inability to log in to our my social security, email limbo, then locked out for 24 hours.

Submitted SSA application on 15 December 2020. Site says it takes 2-4 weeks to process. It is now 3/24/2021. Have had no results. Contacted your facility 3 different times for help with no result. According to SSA I am due to start receiving my first check on 10 April 2021. Full retirement. Why won't someone help me. Where do I turn for help?

Hey my first experience with SS office a Government Office. You hear all kind of bad stories. But today I had a GREAT experience the guy helping me was Kumar. Great friendly, professional, no cloudy answers. Lot of information corrected stuff for me. Answer my wife's questions. Above it all he was very nice. I hope someone in management read this.
Great job good person to deal with. Kudos to Kumar.
