My comments are directed to the Social Security Administration in Crawfordsville, IN. Although I have been determined to be disabled, and thus elgible for SSDI (March 04. 2020) Actually getting SSDI has become impossible. I have contacted the SSA in Crawfordsville, IN. I have been treated poorly (Oh, but I learned my lesson, no matter how badly I am treated, I must to be nice to these individuals), lied to..,way too many times, threatened (twice), and have received so very little assistance as to be a waste of my time. Like I said, if I am RIGHTLY angered, it does not matter, because they may "hold up" my payments. WAIT, they are holding up my payments. I have been told - pretty much every two weeks - that I need to call back in two weeks....Yes, I am angry, but that is NOT allowed. I was told by a certain Tool (I use the word tool because he mumbles his name and "Tool" is the closest I can come up with given his mumbling), that the problem might be in my paperwork. ONE WOULD HOPE somebody would have looked into that, if it is a real issue...though it probably isn't, after all, I have in my possession my benefit award letter. No, I think it is incompetence, so to the Director of this office...CONGRATULATIONS, you win. I will not bother you further. I was told to call again on June 11, 2020, and I wait until then. Who knows, may by then, I might be able to get the HELP I should have gotten a long time before now. But who am I kidding. So, to the 3 individuals I have dealt with from the Crawfordsville, IN office, My rating for you all...1, and that is on your best day! Now go ahead and hassle me, abuse me, get mean, nasty and dirty. It is the ONLY thing you all do well. I WILL NOT CONTACT YOU UNTIL JUNE 11, 2020, which makes it 104 days past the date I received my award letter. To put this in some kind of perspective for you, that is 44 days longer than it is suppose to have taken, unless the OFFICIAL award letter is incorrect. So, please, don't contact me...you will just have to find someone else to abuse until then. YOU WIN. So, be pissed off if you want, because I am right, and you are incompetent. You got all my contact information (which you do not use - I have had to initiate all contact). Yes, I am angry, yes I have a right to be angry, and yes, the SSA office in Crawfordsville, IN does not have ANY reason to be shitty with me. (OOPS, I used a bad word, but at least I did my job, and I was never abusive. Have a good day. You may now ignore this comment...but you probably won't, I am almost 100% certain you will continue to abuse, hassle, lie, and roadblock me. Again, have a good day.

I called with questions regarding Medicare and social security benefits. Mark was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Why won't anyone return my calls? I have a letter about a case review, but I was in the hospital during the scheduled time. I need the SSI and am more than willing to do the case review, if only someone would return my c
