Hi,

I am Buraira and I am living in US with an F2 visa. I need a letter / proof that I am not eligible for the SSN to sit for the learners permit exam of BMV. I have submitted the documents for two times before but haven't got the letter still now. How should i get that letter?

Regards
Buraira Nasir

I was questioned 7/21/20 by John Harris for redetermination of SSI. The information was sent to me 1 week later. Many statements are not accurate-false. You obtained work records; the work I did was voluntary, I earned no income. You should have received faxes from me, and the insurance company approx. 1q days ago. You stated that you wanted the whole policy mailed to you. It is approx.40 pages and requires a large envelope 8'X11"and the funds for mailing it. You are aware that my identity was stolen. A woman claimed to be me, but with a different address and phone number. I have changed banks, and phone numbers during the last 2 weeks. The importance of honest information cannot be stressed enough. I received notice that I had until 8/21/20 to mail all of this information to you in today's mail, and a standard business envelope. 3 days to provide it all, and it took you a week to inform me of your demands. This will not be possible in such a short time period. I need a large envelope pre-stamped. You must allow 10 days for the post office to deliver it back to you. Providing that you did not get all that was faxed to you. I have no income, house no kids or other parties. I do not earn an income by selling my body and sexual favors for men. If I lose SSI and Medicaid I have no means of caring for my needs. All that I own are items I inherited when a relative died, clothes from garage sales, books from IU. No car or driver. I filed a police report. If you must have all of this information, you will get it once again. If a fax is not to your liking, I will deliver it to your office on the 21st.

I was initially happy to have assistance for my daughter. Ever since, this has been terrible. When I try to call office, I am on hold for over an hour only to have someone finally pick up but then hang up. I have almost always faithfully reported income and I don't know who taught them to do math or account for anything but every year I get letters saying there was some gargantuan overpayment. I have caught a few dirty tricks such as including tax returns as assets (they are not supposed to be) or not logging in changes I reported when I call. Pure incompetence. Appeals reduce it but the amounts are still overly bloated no matter what I report. Nice way to abuse kids and their parents when they have disabilities.

I have tried to call about my daughter's disability application. We tried to appeal and they returned it to us because they say her initial claim hasn't been determined yet. Can I please have someone call me to get the status at 812-381-5328. The wait time on the phone is over an hour.

I work for a local bank here in Gainesville. I gave them a call on behalf of a member to switch her direct deposit over to another account she has with us. The first time I called I was greeted by someone and she hung up on me about 30 seconds into the conversation, I tried two more times both times someone picked up I heard background noise, I could even here the woman typing. But she was completely non responsive and hung up. The customer service provided at this location is absolutely appalling. I hope the upper management at this location makes changes to their service as soon as possible so no one else is treated so poorly

I received a letter stating that my benefits would go from $670 a month to $550 a month. I pay $530 a month for rent. Someone from fssa office stated I should receive $720 a month. Should I retain a lawyer to appeal this? Any answers would be appreciated. You can reach me at
317-294-2020. Sincerely Howard Tackett

I have not been able to get the national SSA URL to work. I used your URL to find a telephone number. The SSA representative, Mr Harris took my information and will send me the needed information.
Ever since my Dad died I have NOT received any earnings notification. he and I shareded the exact same name including Jr so it presents a problem at times.
You SSA representative provided the service directions i need. I cannot file for estimated Federal retirement until I submit the needed SSA information.
