LONG Wait- Then transferred to another wait! Very unhelpful, understanding, unable to work outside the box & unable to speak in a louder voice! Unwilling To think of or accept any other proof of identity given, which was later accepted along with other options of ways to submit proof in this case! people were rood, none thinkers, unhelpful, unable to think outside the box & come up with ideas & solutions on their own & definitely unpleasant to work with.
