Visited the office to get explanation why my payment were suspended without a notice. Encountered Ms. Fletcher. She rudely refused answering my questions, refused to accept paper work and shut the window at me. I hope she is the only "bad apple" at this location. In the past I have met other employees there. They were helpful.

I have been to this office twice now to go back to my birth name after divorce. Never have I encountered rude staff like this anywhere. First time didn't have proper document so I returned next day with correct one she ask for, different person next day then it was something else that they wanted. They could say it nicely. Explain to me why an American citizen is treated so badly by employees whom I am paying their wages.

I processed my paperwork for my benefits on 2/1/2018 and have not received and thing back from you. Please let me know what the status of my application. Thank you.

Have been trying to set up new acct on line to get yearly statement. Tried numerous sites following info sheet from Soc Sec Office. All sites tell me that that page is not available. Call '800' number for this office and recording says that everyone is busy and to try back later when they aren't so busy. I can be reached at 313-434-8865.

I am only 59 and I recived a letter saying that you are taking $104. out of my disability check at 1st of May for Medicare and I am on Medicaide and do not want Medicare coverage till I am at least 62.
