I called about a part B Medicare bill question as instructed on the back of the bill. When I asked the person about my bill he responded by saying very rudely " if it's a medicare bill call them". Right on the back of the bill it says to call Social Security if it's a question about part a or b. I called Medicare and they told me to call Social Security. Our Government at it's finest!

My mother 87 year old mother called with a question regarding a SS potential breach (8/12/20 at 1:30) and was treated extremely rude!!

My 14 year old son's mother is rep payee of his Survivors SSI payment and is not using the proceeds for his benefit. We were never married and have always shared joint custody with no court ordered custody judgment. We share custody equally.
