this is the worst department in Newark !
every female in that department believes customers deserve to give them a respect, people stay waiting for hours to speak to them and when they finally answer the attuited is disgusting, I work for city hall myself and I just cant believe how disgusting these people are to customers. the best part even the manger is very unprofessional, this is why things don't get better in Newark, why people always has something bad to say about us because of there employees. they rather people they know for many years to have a job but could careless about the community. I'm someone that understand that the customer is always right and the customer is never wrong. Again I will repeat this SSC department is terrible and they really need a lot of work to do, also why aren't there any Spanish or Portuguese employees there ???? a lot of people need help & they cant because they don't speak the language. this place deserve a -10 !!!!!!


p.s - ive been trying to complete a application since august and its November & nothing got handle.

someone please do something about this department !!! unexpectable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
