Overall rating of this office:I originally spoke to someone on the phone who told me I can register online and not to register for Part B. No other info was given to me and no questions were asked of me. Unfortunately, I had to register for both part A & B even though I'm not retiring for years. I went to the Neptune Office, was in and out in 10 minutes. The representative was patient, courteous and understanding and fixed the problem within minutes. Excellent experience.
Hello, I received a call from Mrs. Klein concerning may medicare Part B. According to her I did not choose a start date I would like the effective date to be June 1st 2018. I tried to call back I could not get through. I hope I don't have to take off work and come down and tell you this information. Thank you.

Very poor trained people working at Neptune Office. Not sure what education level is required to work there, but probably not high. On every issue I had with them, mistakes were done constantly, from making mistakes in the letters I received to the providing wrong address where the information should be mailed. The information on their letter stated "please mail information in the enclosed envelope". It was no enclosed envelope and no information where should be mailed to. I called the Neptune office, to find out where should I mail requested information. The representative gave me the address. 2 weeks later I called the office again to confirm if information was received. I was told that information was not received because I mailed it to the wrong address. She told me the best would be if I will come to the office.
Lets waist another half a day. You know how the government workers like to work!
