Overall rating of this office:I sent all of my social security information to the Clifton, NJ office quite a few weeks ago, but never heard back. I waiting on the phone for 40 minutes to then get disconnected. What should I do? Can you please check on it for me?

What paperwork do I need to bring to the Clifton Social Office to obtain replacement card
On 7/14/15 I was scheduled for a 10:35am phone conference call from the Clifton NJ SS Office. I even received a reminder call at 10: 20am.
It is now 1:21 pm. I am frustrated and upset that call never came.
Please advise?
