how do you mail forms to office if they are all closed due to covid19?

My question is this, if your SS# was used falsely or fraud in paying on child support yet the person doesn't have any children. They have received an letter from NJ Child Support confirming that there are no cases or children with this person or their ss#. Can your office flag this ss# so when they file for their Federal Taxes that the government knows that this ss# was used to pay on an non-child and anything else the money was taken for? this way if receiving a letter from SS# and Child Support to give to federal and state taxes this will help in not having their money stolen. Does this person need to come up to the office or call to confirm this issue and bring or fax over the letter from Child Support? you can reach me at the email above thank you.

I have been getting Disability for many years for a mental illness. Last year, Social Security switched from my old caseworker to a new caseworker. Didn't even let me know. I submitted my May stubs (I have a p/t job) by going to the office.
They said I had a new caseworker and wrote down his phone number. I called the new caseworker 2 times to find out more. I left VM. He never calls me back. My new caseworker was supposed to do a phone interview @11am on a Friday. Instead, another worker from Social Security calls me @ 9am and proceeds to do the interview. They lost my pay stubs for a year and a half (I have a p/t job) and could I re-send them, they said. I said "of course...." Hoping for the best....but sometimes it seems like they don't know what to do.

I have been getting 800 from ss. I am permanently disabled. At this very moment I only receive 400 and sum change. They have docked me over 300 . They say I owe them for something I had no knowledge of. I have 2 children and myself to support. I have bills of my own. How can I even support myself with that let alone a 6 year o!d. I HATE NJ!

One Friday I went they told me 3-5 business days to get my funds. We t be k the following Friday Sat for 5-6 hours. Here it is Monday still haven't got paid and was told I was taken from 800 a month to 5 because I don't pay rent. What about my personal bills, my 5 year old I have to support. My car insurance. NJ is full of shit!!!! They took dame near 300 dollars from me. I can't support my child and myself in 500 a month!!!!! Hate cherry hill nj!!!!
