We submitted an appeal on a timely manner using Form SSA-561. The case worker returned the Package refusing to accept the appeal, stating case had been resolved and that there was only a $813.28 debt to collect from the original predicted total of $13,399.00. My package included all the evidence to be used for the appeal. We got a letter too. This was for an audit conducted Feb 2020 thru May 2022, which included multiple accts and life insurance. Then a week ago, I get a letter on stating I owe $8,188.25 on another audit dated now Oct 2020 thru May 2022 If the social worker would have not rejected my appeal refusing to review it and done her job, she would have been able to find the answers and we would have avoided all this hassle. We are concerned that not only did Ms. DelAquilla and Ms. Torres at Parsippany do their job accurately, but isn't it unlawful to not follow thru an appeal???? We would like the SUPERVISOR or MANAGER name for the Social Security Office in, Parsippany, NJ so that we submit to him/her the package and another appeal as we no longer trust what Ms. DelAquilla and Ms.Torres are doing with Carmen Patino's care. Does anyone know the Manager/Supervisor Name in Charge or Department of SSA in Parsippany, NJ where we can sent this info????

They lost my documents (passport and wedding certificate) I shipped to them for a new SS card. I even provided a prepaid UPS envelope so I could track my package they were going to return my docs in. They wouldn't help me any further so who knows who has my passport.

Every time I call the social security office I have to wait between 45 & 55 minutes. This is not right to keep people waiting this long. Either they not doing things fast enough or they are understaffed. Also every recording mentions if you want to take the survey after this call stay on the phone. Well no surprise I get a dial tone. They don't want me to take the survey. Thanks been going on for years and they still haven't fixed it yet. Very Frustrating indeed!

Called 2/27/2017: Told to come to office, which I did 2/28/2017. Was given wrong info on phone. Wasted over a day for incorrect info. Staff should be trained better.

I have been trying to set up an appointment at the Parsippany, NJ office. When I call I am told I have a 55 min wait and to try on line - but cannot find where to do this on-line. Very frustrating.

My e-mail is not working; my phone is 973-656-2700! I had my SSD benniffits checks sent to the Market St. Mission in Morristown NJ 07960 to David Scott sinior. He had June July checks sent back to the Parsippany SS location; to the boss. I went there on the 28th of August 2015! He refused to talk to me and had me escorted out of the building! I was told by the officer
if you attempt to return; I will have the parsippany arrest you! I have not recieved any of the payments except August and January 2016! Am I suposed to forget all the pain and suffering I have endured; since May 2015 and the moneys I was conned out of by Ken Poldarra for the month of May. and now I hav only recieved one month to passiffy me? 151 Madison Ave. Morristown New Jersey 07960. I have been collecting SSD since aproved July 3 2008. I recently have run into a wall; the Parsippany NJ branch Manager refused to give the June July Payments and Had me escorted out of the Office by a security Officer. I am entitled to my bennifits and want JUNE JULY SEPTEMBER NOVEMBER DECEMBER AND FOLLOW UP PAYMENTS. I have spoken to my attorney about this matter! He asked me to try any means to settle this matter without going to court. He said; (if you do not recieve the funds befor the 28th of December 28th; we wil sue the Parsippany NJ branch Manager and Social Securit for Elderly Abuse.
