Overall rating of this office:Question can I do paper work ahead of time or does it have to be done the day I turn 62 I will turn 62 on 7/16. I stopped in on WED. just missed the closing at 12. If I have to make an appointment can I do it over the phone or computer? Finally what is needed at the time I file.

I visited 19 march 2014 and had the person at the desk photocopy my DD-214 to be sent to the SS office associated with 866-559-5731 after the office closed at 12 PM. I call this afternoon to find out if they had received my DD 214. They did not find it at the office.

The heavy woman with tatoos at the front desk was very rude. After decades of work so much for my first SS visit. I applied online. I will follow up.
