Overall rating of this office:How on earth to I change my direct deposit SS payments to my new bank. Have been trying for months to do this? What is the magic trick for someone with limited computer skills and limited eyesight? Help!!!!
Drove all the way there to get a new social security card and give them a change of address. The sign on the door said they were open until 4 pm; I got there at 3:45 pm and they were closed. No phone number to call to verify hours. Very annoying!!!!!!!!!

Theresa called my house last week and asked that I provide my naturalization and birth documentation to her so she can finish my Medicare application.
