I have received at least 3 phone calls from 1-866-571-8130...recording, telling me my SS Card is going to be suspended for fraud?
In March, Social Security got me a free cell phone service at CHOICE, her in Taos, N.M. ( case #120366709, Automated System Program Eligibility Network ). I went to The Human Services Office here in Taos ( on Roy Rd. ) to get the ASPEN paperwork to sign up at CHOICE here in Taos. On Oct. 4th., my phone service was terminated. CHOICE personnel told me that ENLAD, usac in Washington, D.C. told them (Choice) that my cell phone was 'cloned' and that I am 'deceased'.
In the past month, I went back to Human Services three times and they said that they 'were not responsible' to resolve this problem. I have been back to the CHOICE office here in Taos over a dozen times in the last month and they repeat that they are waiting for INLAND, LIFELINE and Universal Service Administration.co(ENLAD.usac) to resolve the issue and restore my service. CHOICE gave me a Resolution ID: 499011-NNOOHO. (for phone# (575) 224-9333 ). I have spoken to all of the above listed agencies numerous times. The past 30 days have been the worst in my life. This issue has worn me out , depressed me severely and ruined 30 days and more of my life. It has driven me to suicidal thoughts ( although I would never end my life ). None of these agencies have admitted responsibility and have all passed-the-buck so to speak, and stone-walled me. ENLAD denied that they ever told LIFELINE or CHOICE that I was 'deceased'. THe man at ENLAD I talked to denied it (lied to me). I feel that it is the Social Security Administration who should resolve this issue and restore my phone service for me. I have spent enough time with this nightmare. I do not want to have to go through email re-application proceedures again ( I reapplied three times with CHOICE and I have had enough of this rigmarole. Please resolve this issue for me and restore my phone service.
Sincerely, Brian Carl Hart
