Went to office to submit form for voluntary tax withdrawal from SS benefit. I didn't learn until I was there that the office is actually closed and you have to make an appointment. So I called them from the parking lot to see if I could just drop off the form.

The form has my name, address, and full SS # on it. Told gentleman I don't want to mail it for that obvious reason. I was then told to mail it in anyway (can't submit it online).

At this point, the office should be open; even for limited hours.

There was a moderately long wait but everyone was knowledgeable, patient, polite and helpful from the security person to the agent. I would specifically like to call attention to Mr. Mesilas who was extremely helpful and followed up via letter and phone to assist me in resolving my issue. Mr. Mesilas is a real asset to your office.
