Overall rating of this office:I have been sitting here for about an hour now waiting to be called for a replacement ss card. There has been virtually no activity taking care of people waiting to be waited on. This is unacceptable to me. I took off work to do this. The other option was to mail in a request that should include proof of identity that would be mailed back to me. Who in the world could let their work ID and insurance card go for this purpose or any purpose really?! I am a tax payer and helping with meeting the payroll of this agency. I would expect a little more consideration for my time that I have seen today!! I am S189. Now I'm here for over an hour and not one S number has been called. The board says S183 is now being served but that person is long gone. God knows when I'll get called!
Unsuccessful several times in trying to call Xenia office to make an appointment to apply for benefits. Spent a total of an hour on hold, only to be forcibly disconnected. Please have someone call me at 937-255-8731.

I set an appointments to apply for benefits at the Xenia office and it was a very fast, very smooth process. When I walked in, there were a lot of people waiting but I took a number and was called within 5 minutes because I had an appointment.
