Horrible service, and I haven't even been there yet. I tried to make an appointment. Called the federal number. The robot went on and on and on ... I asked for an agent over and over. Finally, it asked if I want an agent. Yes!!! Robot replied, the next agent would be available in 45 minutes. Ugh. And that's just to TRY to make an appointment. Absolutely horrible service and system.

It's well known that the Republicans want to eliminate Social Security. Perhaps this is one of this administration's steps to do so. Disgusting.

Oregon Soc Sec operations are FAR BELOW the
Washington state Soc Sec operations! UNLIKE Oregon: Wash gives their clients LOCAL phone numbers to call to one specific agent/office where u can instantly either talk with the agent or leave a message for a call back. Respectful. NOT IN OREGON!
Oregon calls are all directed ONE state wide (nationwide?) 800# that ALWAYS HAS A WAIT TIME OF OVER AN HOUR...NO INSTANT AGENT CONTACT, NO INSTANT LEAVE A MESSAGE MEANS = DISRESPECTFUL. Disgusting lack of service in Oregon - as if I left the usa for a foreign nation.

I was informed you are waiting for documentation to sign-off on medical records. Please let me know if this actually needs to be done at this point. I put most of my medical records online for the world to see and tell a more accurate version of my story and reason I have applied for benefits. Apologies for the initial website being shut down, but doctors have good lawyers to help them not take accountability. Please let me know what else I need to do to provide your organization with enough information; if not included in the following:

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Several weeks ago I e-mailed Social Security asking a question about people who are in the US illegally and do they get any kind of welfare/support/etc. I ask my question under the "Freedom of Information Act" and I have not had an answer? Do I have to contact the head of Social Security to get a response?
