I Did Fill Out For Disability & SSI. But It Was Declined. Because There Isn't Know Medical Records On The Problem With The Back & Medical Problems. So I Filled Out For Social Security. And I"M Approved For It. I"M Know? Going For The Social Security. All The Paper Work Is Set Up For That. And The Court Order That I Get The Social Security In January 3th, 2017.
