I lost my social security card. what do I have to bring to the office to get a replacement card?
I made a phone call today to get some help regarding why my medicare payments were still being taken out as I had been told to do by medicare. I do not remember the woman's name but she was extremely rude and really didn't sound like she liked her job. She also made me feel like I was the scum of the earth. I am genuinely disabled and was disgusted with her treatment and the way she spoke to me.
I would like to make an appointment in Conway office for next Week, to discuss my social Security payments
I've been trying for over an hour just to make an appointment. I have been cut off & then when I got through I was not given an appointment. Not very efficient!

Went to this office on June15,2018. And to my surprise there was no one there and a concrete mixer was in front of the open door and not a soul around!
