I have called 4 times to our local office in Tullahoma and was misinformed once and the other 3 times I was hung up on! I need to know how I can receive my annual statement showing my earnings for the past 30 years that shows how much social security I will draw up on retirement. I cannot log into my account online. I even received a new password through the mail and still cannot. I will come to the office if I must but would like to receive this in the mail as I was told I would the first time.
