I am having problems with my mother's SS. She's in a nursing home and the bill is for more than she gets. She has SS and Teacher Retirement. She's been on Medicaid since July 2017. But Humana is taking 135 from her account. I've talked to the ombudsman and they investigated and confirmed the problem. Too much is being taken out and Mother is on MEDICAID. I've talked to all parties involved. I need help to straighten this out. I contacted the Port Arthur Office and got a VERY rude employee and they did NOT HELP. My phone: 409-267-6696
