Overall rating of this office:This is a joe. I just left my phone ringing because I have to work real hours. Phone rang for over 2 hours no answer then I was disconnected. Called another day after over an hour finally someone answered, was told I had to get my name changed first on my DL license even thought the info the County clerks office tells you to go to SS first. I go to get a new drivers license they tell me I have to bring my new SS Card! So now because they are only open a half day on wens and 9 to either 3 or 4 the rest of the week closed on weekends I cant get through to them. I cant take off from work just to sit on the phone all day. Why isn't the option to leave a call back number available like most state offices and why are the hours so limited? All these people on unemployment why don't they hire some staff!
This has been so frustrating, no one apparently knows what they are doing.
NEED TO KNOW STATUS OF NEW BANK DIRECT DEPOSIT. CALLED TO MAKE APPOINTMENT BUT NO RESPONSE. PHONE COMPUTER TOLD ME TO CALL DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS....WAS WEDNESDAY 1100 AM.????

They have always been very nice on the phone and get the job done!
Long wait I arrived at 8:30 half an hour before open left around 11:30 ,but they were helpful and polite.

Horrible! You can NEVER get them on the phone. I call and call, get put on hold and then the call is hung up. Made appointments that were never kept on their end.
